Youth Ministry

ARC’s youth group’s mission is to make others feel loved, supported and known, and our vision is to grow closer in community and with God. The age range is from 7th grade to 12th grade, and our demographic of our youth right now is very artistic and musical. One of the greatest blessings from last year is that we started developing leaders and even created a worship team! We praise God for the depth and growth that the youth have been experiencing, and marvel at the close-knit bond that they share.

As for events, we have Sunday school every week after the first set of worship and announcements. Here, we go through applicable topics (such as self worth, identity, grief/mourning, conflict resolution, navigating family dynamics, etc.). Our lessons also focus on reflection and are rooted in God’s Word. We also aim to have at least one Saturday event, and one after-church event per month. These events have included things such as cooking classes, picnics at the park, art days, hang outs at the mall, and more!
